The aroma is rich with darker fruity notes like cherry or grape, subtle honey, vanilla, and pleasantly woody. The golden liquid sits on the palate with a touch of green apple skins, buttery notes, woody and soft textured mouthfeel, and the finish is medium length, fruity and slightly drying at the end. Best enjoyed with a splash of cold filtered water to release the full flavour of this hand-crafted gem.

Notes of earthy smoke add depth to this hand-crafted single malt whisky. The Lohin McKinnon Peated Whisky is a tribute to classic Scottish style with authentic Canadian craftsmanship.

This limited edition whisky spent its final six months in ex-wine casks from the Niagara escarpment. VQA red wine barrels add to the colour and complexity of the single malt. Rich flavours sourced from the wine tannins and oak complete this whisky that began its life in ex-bourbon barrels.

Finished in French Bordeaux red wine casks for 9 months, this peated whisky exhibits subtle notes of raspberries, black currants and plums combined with earthy smoke and subtle sweetness to create a balanced and unique Single Malt Whisky.

This smooth and refined Canadian single malt whisky was aged in bourbon casks, then finished for 6 months in VQA Black Sage Vineyard™ Pipe wine barrels, to add a rich, complex, and locally-inspired collaboration release. Red Mahogany in colour, the aroma is earthy with notes of vanilla and prunes. The flavour is malty yet sweet, exuding big dark fruit and liquorice at the end. The finish is medium, zesty, and pleasantly drying on the roof of the mouth.

This handcrafted single-malt whisky takes on a unique flavour profile inspired by the spirit of Mexico. Taking roasted agave sweetness and toasted oak richness from best-in-class tequila barrels and melding it with the smooth Lohin McKinnon flavour makes this a distinct and internationally inspired Canadian whisky.

Queensborough Gin is a premium hand-crafted Gin, rooted in a 17th Century traditional London Dry recipe. It exhibits some citrus notes derived from the locally sourced Juniper from BC interior, and the Spruce Tips sourced from Vancouver Island. The nose offers a pleasant floral scent, and the first taste has clear pine, rosemary, jasmine and cassia notes. The finish is a smooth citrus lengthy taste brought about by the angelica roots and local spruce tips.

Queensborough Omakase Japanese Style gin is a premium hand crafted Japanese Style Gin. Omakase, referring to the Japanese expression for chef’s choice, is a reference to our distiller’s selection of Japanese botanicals. Sansho pepper, yuzu lemon, cherry blossoms and Japanese tea add to traditional gin botanicals to create a citrus and floral gin that is great for sipping or featured in your favourite cocktail.
