| RED RACER WHEAT ALE An opaque and effervescent style of wheat beer that originated in the Flemish region of Belgium. Brewed with coriander seed and dried Curacao orange peel, this beer is light in body, with a refreshing citrus and spicy aroma. Best paired with lighter dishes and appetizers or drunk all by itself. Alcohol by volume: 4.5% |
RED RACER LAGER Brewed in the tradition of the classic Bavarian Lagers of southern Germany. This beer is crisp and clean with a "flowery" aroma that comes from the use of hops from the Hallertau region in Germany. A good choice to be paired with any of our entrees. Alcohol by volume: 5% |
RED RACER PALE ALE The beer lover's pale ale. Big and bold with lots of flavour from the use of crystal malt and hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington State. A good pairing with pizza, prime rib, steaks, burgers and chicken. Alcohol by volume: 5% |
